How do I get Axiom?
Axiom is in invite-only early access. Join the waitlist, and once your invite arrives you start on Free. You can upgrade from your account settings at any time.
How does free time work?
Time only counts while you're connected. Your first connection starts a 5-hour window, and you can use up to 15 minutes of it. When the window ends, a fresh one starts the next time you connect.
What happens when I run out of free time?
Your session ends when the 15 minutes are used up, and the app shows when you can connect again. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. Paid plans remove Free’s aggregate time allowance. Pro sessions end after 12 hours; Gaming and Edge have no session time ceiling. Relay and other plan limits still apply.
Which plans include Match my screen?
Match my screen is included in Pro and Gaming, as well as Free and Edge. It sets your remote PC's resolution to fit the screen you're connecting from, so the picture fills it without black bars.
Does Free have the same streaming performance as Pro?
Yes. Free is the Pro plan with one difference: 15 minutes of connected time every 5 hours. Frame rate, resolution, bitrate, relay speed and data, computers, monitors, terminal, clipboard and screen matching are all the same. Actual performance depends on your computers and network. Pro removes the time limit.
What is a relay, and do I need one?
Axiom connects straight to your PC whenever the network allows it. Some networks, like hotels, campuses, offices and mobile data, block that. When they do, the session goes through an Axiom relay server instead. This happens automatically on every plan. Free and Pro have the same relay speed and relay data.
What does Edge's regional server mean?
Edge provides priority access to our available relay service. A new regional deployment requires a separate written feasibility confirmation and delivery estimate. Contact support about your region before buying for that purpose.
Which computers can I connect to?
The Axiom host runs on 64-bit Windows 10 and 11. You can connect from any modern browser, so the device you connect from doesn't need an app.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation stops future monthly renewals and normally leaves access until the paid-period end, without a partial-period refund. Statutory rights remain. If the portal fails, email Showersafes@gmail.com to cancel. Free does not need a card.
